Buy Fresh Live Lobsters Easily

1. Order before noon the same day or up to 7 days in advance

We offer just a few, simple, cook-at-home meal options. For adults, that's a two-clawed 1.5 - 1.75 lb lobster and two crabs, for children a two-clawed 1 - 1.25 lb lobster and one crab. The crabs will be the biggest we have at the time.

Online Ordering & Payment

You can schedule your pickup up to 7 days in advance. Select your pickup date at checkout. For same day, please place and pay for your order before noon. To make your pickup as streamlined as possible, we ask that all payments be made online at time of order so you can grab your order, watch the activity on the wharf for as long as you want, and not have to worry about finding someone to pay.

2. Stop by Fifield's Wharf between 1pm and 4pm on your pickup day

Grab a cooler, bag, or box and put Fifield Lobster Co. into your navigation. Find us at 4 Willie's Way, Stonington, Maine 04681.

We're located on the south side of Burnt Cove, at the end of Fifield Point Rd.

Parking
As you get closer to the wharf, you'll see a dirt turn-around with available parking, or continue past the private wharf sign and park in an available spot. Please try not to block any vehicles.

Walk down toward the big white building built out over the water. You'll see a red sign that says "Pass At Your Own Risk."

Late Pickups

If you can't make it by 4pm, just give us a call and we'll do our best to work something out. Otherwise, we'll put your order back in the water to keep it fresh and it'll be ready for you the next day.

3. Find your lobster crate

On the main wharf, in front of the smaller white building, you'll see a rack of lobster crates. One of them will have your name on it! Open it up and find your order.

4. Pack up your order

So everything stays alive and fresh, you'll find your dinner in the seaweed of your crate. Pack your lobsters and crabs into your cooler (use the seaweed if you like), your bike bag, or just buckle them into the front seat of your rental car.

You don't need to cool them if you're headed right home but put them in the drawer of your refrigerator when you get there. If you aren't going straight home you do need to keep them cool... use a capped frozen water bottle or a freezer pack in your cooler with the seaweed. Fresh water (melting ice) will kill your lobsters!

5. Cook at home

Steam, don't submerge and boil. Click the 'Cooking' link at the top of the page for more detailed instructions
